I have a collection of over 2,000 pez and have found the tracking easy and flexible. When first installed I requested a couple of modification for reporting and now have a mountain of reporting options. I have not updated to the new 11.0 version - but may soon. I have tired the picture attachments - and it works as long as you don't move your picture files. The lookup feature makes the finding what you have wonderful. The ease of adding new items for drop down use is good. As with any data base you need to spend some time making sure you have your drop downs complete before you start. A good example is stem color. Make sure you know what colors you want to track and get them loaded. You can add new colors - but then you have to review those already loaded and change - as stated before - that is something you have to do with any database. Over all I'm glad I chose this product. |
